Single use: 10 % reduction on the price of the suite.

Longterm rental, booking of more than one suite at the same time period, or

General rate agreement:

• Rates quoted per suite, double occupancy per night inlcuding 14 % VAT.
• Breakfast 90 ZAR per person.
• All rates are quoted in ZAR (SA Rand). Prices are subject to change.
• Check in 2.00 pm.Check out 10.00 am.
  

Booking and payment terms

• Booking can be made per phone, fax or email.
• With our booking confirmation we will ask you for payment of 50%.
• Balance is payable 30 days before arrival date.
• We accept creditcards (VISA, MASTERCARD).

Cancellations:

• Non arrival without cancellation or cancellation 7 days or less prior arrival date:                 the Lessee forfeits the full rental amount (100 % fee).
• Cancellation from 8 days to 14 days prior arrival date> fee:75 % of the rental amount.
• Cancellation from 15 days to 28 days prior arrival date> fee 50 % of the rental amount.
• Cancellation from 29 or more days prior arrival date> fee: 25% of the rental amount.
• In the unlikely event that your holiday ends prematurely we must charge the full amount.
• We recommend a travel insurance to cover cancellation, health, baggage etc.
• Please note: We must receive confirmation of cancellation in writing either by post or fax from the person who made the booking.
